1. Processing Time
• As our products are custom-made, orders take approximately 8 - 10 business days to be crafted before shipping.
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).
• We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature £9.09
• Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.
3. Tracking & Delivery
• A tracking number (if applicable) will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.
• If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with your local courier or neighbours before contacting us.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within [X] days with your order number and photos of any damage.
• We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
5. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
• Custom-made items cannot be refunded if delivery is unsuccessful, unless the item is faulty.
