1. Processing Time

As our products are custom-made, orders take approximately 8 - 10 business days to be crafted before shipping.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature £9.09

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

3. Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number (if applicable) will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.

If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with your local courier or neighbours before contacting us.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within [X] days with your order number and photos of any damage.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

5. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Custom-made items cannot be refunded if delivery is unsuccessful, unless the item is faulty.
